It’s a beautiful night here in Boston, we finally got some sunshine and I’m looking forward to a great weekend. I’ve got a hard training session coming up for myself tomorrow before I relax though. With that in mind I wanted to share this with you all…

I wanted to show a cool video from a great trainer out in California. Marcus Martinez  posted this vid on Youtube and I can’t wait to put some of these exercises into my own training session. Marcus and I share the same personal training style of training people in an athletic manner for efficient and effective results.  I love to incorporating kettlebell work as a supplement to my traditional lifting. This stuff gets your heart rate through the roof and even though these are pretty advanced using some heavy weights, they can be modified to fit your training style.
