Amazing, Simple and Delicious Healthy Dessert Recipes….
by Callie Durbrow
So you are busting your butt, working out and eating tons of healthy food and you’re looking good. People are commenting, asking you about your workout routine. You’ve lost close to 8 pounds of pure fat in just 6 weeks. But, then it happens….

You begin to lose your will power and eating super healthy just seems like a thing of the past. You know what I’m talking about, the cravings so intense that make you think f*#* my low fat, boring diet plan.
Well here’s the thing, your boring diet doesn’t really have to be boring. If you want to effectively lose fat, you can do that by eating really great tasting healthy food (even dessert!).
So even if your idea of a splurge isn’t chocolate cake with raspberries, I know you’ve had a craving or two in your life (or this week). The thing to remember is that eating healthy doesn’t have to be a chore and you can get some great tasting, healthy and low fat desserts that won’t kill your progress so far.
I’ll tell you what, you have to give yourself a cheat day each week or you’ll go nuts. What happened the last time that you deprived yourself of anything sweet (or salty if that’s your thing) for a long period of time? When you actually had it, you probably did more damage to your diet…

You should be allowing one cheat day per week which can include going out to dinner, having friends over for appetizers and wine or having a nice Sunday brunch. These should be planned out to avoid more than one per week (thus killing your fat loss diet plan) but if you get a craving for something sweet after dinner one night, these simple recipes are filled with protein, fresh fruit and they are a healthy way to enjoy yourself without feeling the guilt and the bulge of a pint of Ben&Jerry’s (1040 calories and 52 grams of fat in a pint of Chocolate Fudge Brownie!)
These super healthy, energizing desserts will give you some much-needed nutrients and even with the blast of sugar you are still staying within the parameters of your nutrition plan (fruits, veggies, protein and occasional dairy) so you’ll keep revving up your metabolism, and it’s actually tasting good!
So check out these awesome, low-fat and super healthy recipes that can indulge your sweet tooth without adding any belly fat…
