Hey everyone, here is the second installement of my video series for ultimate fat loss. This video will talk briefly about strength training and just how valuable it is for fat loss.
A lot of people focus on way too much cardio and they are burning calories but never changing their metabolism. Think how long it takes to burn 500 calories on the elliptical…almost an hour!
